Hallelujah Diet Review

The Hallelujah Diet

by George Pierce
George Pierce

The Hallelujah Diet was developed by Reverend George Malkmus and his wife, Rhonda.  Reverend Malkmus claims the diet saved his life over 35 years ago, when he was diagnosed with cancer.  The diet is based primarily on raw and unprocessed  fruits and vegetables.  It is a bout 85% raw and 15% cooked

The idea behind the Hallelujah Diet is that meat can get trapped in our bodies.  This can lead to problems such as delayed elimination, toxicity build up, and illness.  With the hallelujah Diet, the claim is that you will get your needed nutrients as well as restore your cells and increase your longevity.

The diet is a vegan diet, and claims to be the antidote to the SAD (Standard American Diet).

The story behind the Hallelujah Diet told by Reverend George Malkmus.
"This diet saved my life and I do not hesitate to recommend it to you if you are seeking recovery from most any illness.

Food Guidelines:

All animal products are to be eliminated.  Also eliminate dairy, processed foods, sugars and artificial sweeteners.

The 85% Raw and Unprocessed Plant Based Foods:

One of the differences between this diet and similar diets is juicing.

Drink freshly juiced vegetables.  It is recommended that you add green barley juice powder ( a Hallelujah Farms product) and distilled water with minerals added.

The Hallelujah Diet is a healthy diet with many benefits including weight loss. If you are fond of animal products, sweets, or alcohol, this diet may not be for you.   I give the diet a thumbs up, because it is a healthy diet,, but I do not recommend it for most people.

It is a difficult diet and I feel that the transition for most people may be beyond their level of commitment.  If you want the benefits of a vegan or vegetarian diet, the Eco Atkins Diet, the Eat To Live Diet, the Engine 2 Diet, and the Flexitarian Diet are a few other diets that you may want to consider.
