There are some tests that may help you to lose weight. Of the two tests below, the questions and answers test may not always be right. The second test, the BMI Calculator is scientific and therefore more reliable.

2. I do not exercise but my job is physical.
3. I exercise at least 1/2 hour a day and my job is sedentary.
4. I do not exercise and my job is sedentary.

1. I am always on the go.
2. I try to stay busy.
3. I like to relax.
4. I am a couch potato.

Do you drink soda?

1. No soda for me.
2. 1 can per day.
3 2-3 cans per day.
4. 4 or more cans per day.

Which do you feel describes you.

1. Thin.
2. Average weight.
3. I need to lose a few pounds.
4. I am definitely over weight 

How to determine Your Score:

The number of your question is your score for that question. Add up each score for your total.

A score of 10 or less, you are probably fine.
A score of 11-13 may mean that you may need a simple change or two.
A score of 13-15 may indicate that you should consider losing some weight.
A score of 16 or higher suggests that you should make some health changes and lose weight now.

When your BMI is high, this test seems to be more accurate. Also take into consideration that athletes and more active people will tend to have less fat, less active and older people will tend to have more fat.
