A swap is exchanging a low quality food foe a high quality food.   The book helps you to swap unhealthy food choices with healthy food choices.  It is written by Cheryl Forberg, a nutritionist for the TV show, and it contains tips and advice from the Biggest Loser contestants, experts, and trainers. 

The idea behind the book is that simple changes can add up to real differences.  You will find help with swapping foods that you might think are healthy for foods that really are healthy.

What are some of the swaps?

Change your yogurt from regular yogurt to fat free Greek yogurt.  This simple swap should lower your sugar intake, cut your carb intake in half and double your protein.
