LA Weight Loss Rapid Results Diet
LA Weight Loss Rapid Results uses what is called the Transmetabolic Factor. According to LA WLD, this helps the body to burn calories all day long, improve energy, and help control appetite.. They claim it is the key to long term weight loss because it works with the body, rather than against it.
There are five steps to the LA WLD.
1st Step: A 2 day kickstart. This is based around LA WL Juice called TakeOff Juice. Your first two days are essentially a detox and will be performed every two weeks.
2nd Step: The LA Rapid Results Diet System. You are to use this system until you reach 20 lbs. in lost weight or your goal weight. You use the LA Rapid Results Food Guide to plan your meals. This step is based on nine categories: Proteins, Vegetables, Fruits, Starches, LA Lites Bars, Dairy, Fats, Beverages and Extras.
3rd Step: Transitional Phase. Once you lose 20 lbs. you begin this phase which last until you reach your goal weight. You are allowed wider food variety.
4th Step: This step involves using two LA Lites Bars daily throughout the program.
5th Step: This includes using LA SmartTrim Nutritionals daily, vitamin and mineral supplement throughout the program.
The diet recommends exercise at least three times per week.

Long term weight loss is a lifestyle change. Although LA WLD claims that it includes long term weight loss in its overall strategy, I feel that a never ending reliance on supplemental snacks, bars, and juices is not your best approach. Weight loss bars, juices, and snacks can aid your weight loss efforts, but I do not feel that a permanent dependency has your best interests in mind. I give the LA Weight Loss Diet two thumbs down and do not recommend that you add it to your list of weight loss options.
