INEDIA DIET / BREATHARIANISM DIET/ SUNLIGHT DIET Review |
The Inedia Diet is based on fasting. Inedia or breatharianism is the belief that people can live without food. In some cases this belief includes living without water. This belief means that our survival is not dependent on food or water. |
How does it work? The Inedia Diet is based on the belief that food and water are not needed for our existence. It is believed that we can be sustained by a vital life source (in Hinduism) called prana. According to Ayurveda, a type of alternative medicine, sunlight is one of the primary sources of prana. Some of these believers feel that we can survive on sunlight alone. The INEDIA DIET / BREATHARIANISM DIET/ SUNLIGHT DIET is actually more of a philosophy or lifestyle rather than a diet. Positives: Short term fasting will result in weight loss and water loss. Negatives: The Inedia Diet is considered DEADLY and has resulted in several practitioners dieing from starvation and dehydration. Warnings: Do not consider this diet for weight loss! Short term fasting will produce a Yo Yo Effect which means that you will end up gaining more weight than you lose. Long term fasting is FATAL! Conclusion: Science and history have proven that prolonged periods of fasting leads to starvation, dehydration, and death. In every case of claimed Inedia that was investigated by the Indian Rationalist Association, ALL were found to be fraudulent. The Inedia Diet is therefore a death sentence. I consider this diet as one that MUST BE AVOIDED! My friends, thank you for reading, I wish you success on your weight loss journey.
