What is the High School Reunion Diet? The High School Reunion Diet was created by David Colbert, MD with Terry Reed. The diet says that you will lose 20 years in 30 days. You will regain your youth, your health, and your body. The diet also promises luminous and glowing skin, not with drugs or surgery, with food. Dr. Colbert says the diet was inspired by his patients who wanted cosmetic surgery or Botox before attending a school reunion. The diet is based on 5 behavioral shifts regarding food.

Exercise is not included No escape plan...no cheat options Eliminating sweets and processed food may be a problem for some people 30 days only, not a long term plan Medium difficulty Conclusion The High School Reunion Diet is a wonderful diet and should help you to lose weight. It does not include an exercise plan, and is only meant to be a 30 day diet which is not a good approach to weight loss. Short term diets do you more harm, both physically and mentally, than good. You not only gain back the weight and more, you train your brain and body that weight loss is short term and healthy weight loss is long term. I, therefore, give this great diet, a thumbs down. Thank you for reading, my friends. I wish you success on your weight loss journey. Kind regards, George Pierce Founder Win At Losing Weight Advertisement for men: |
