The FullBar diet is actually a product, not a diet. The FullBar is a food product created by Bariatric Michael Snyder, MD. Fullbars help you to feel full, therefore you eat less.
The PROMISE per Dr. Snyder:
“When you feel full, you eat less. When you eat less, you lose weight.”
He also says,
“No special diet. No calorie counting. No hassles. It’s worked for a lot of people.”
The FullBar contains about 180 calories. The idea is to eat a FullBar with an 8 oz. glasss of water. Since you feel fuller, it is easier to be more mindful of what you eat, thus making better food choices.
A FullBar is a snack made of high fiber grains that you eat before meals. You eat two FullBars per day. FullBars are not intended to be a meal replacement.
You can find Fullbars online at their website and in many retail and grocery stores. They come in several flavors such as Double chocolate, Peanut Butter Crunch, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Cranberry Almond.
What can you eat?
The FullBar Diet make no demands on what you can or cannot eat. Sensible low calorie eating is suggested. The only requirement is to eat a FullBar with a glass of water 30 minutes before your two largest meals.

Feeling satisfied or less hungry is a viable strategy to help you to eat less and therefore lose weight. FullBars may or may not work. A glass of water may work just as well. Since there is no clinical evidence that Fullbars work and since they are heavily sweetened, I give then a thumbs down and do not recommend that you include them in your diet strategy.
