The GOLO Diet is a creation of Dr. Keith Ablow and associates.  It's claim to weight loss success is that it optimizes your insulin levels and that insulin levels help reduce your fat storage.  The cost is $39.95 per month which includes their patented supplement called Release.  Release is supposed to kick start your metabolism.  What GOLO claims it can do for you sounds too good to be true, and perhaps it is.  There are a number of issues with this diet, you can find out more by reading me GOLO Diet Review.
