The FullBar Diet Review
The FullBar Diet is really a strategy to produce a feeling of fullness or of being less hungry.
You eat a FullBar, a granola type bar before two meals each day along with drinking a glass of water.
The result is that you are less hungry and therefore eat less which promotes weight loss.
